Kathmandu. Hemraj Dhakal, vice-president of The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), has been appointed as the director of securities board. Dhakal has been appointed as the vice-president of the Federation representing the private sector.
Chairman of securities board Santosh Narayan Shrestha administered the oath of office to Dhakal on Wednesday. On behalf of the private sector, an office-bearer level person of the Federation will be appointed as the board director. Dhakal has been appointed to the post as per the same arrangement. The post was lying vacant in the Securities Board for some time.
