Kathmandu. The initial public offering (IPO) of Darmkhola Hydropower Company limited has been allotted.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital, sales manager of the company, said that the ipo of the company has been allotted through golapratha due to more applications than the demand.

A total of 242,318 people received 10 units of shares in the IPO. Five of them received 11 units of shares at the rate of one more unit each.

A total of 2,296,465 applications were received for the IPO. Of these, 2,283,226 applications have been approved and 13,239 units of applications have been rejected.

The company had issued 2,423,185 units of shares worth Rs 242,318,500 from July 15 to July 15.
