Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the shares issued by Sagar Distillery Company.

The company has issued an IPO for Nepalis in foreign employment since August 15. Applications can be made for the IPO till office hours today.

The company has received permission to issue 1.452 million units of IPO worth Rs 145.2 million i.e. 20 percent of the issued capital of Rs 726 million.

The company has issued 145,200 units of shares worth Rs 14.52 million at the rate of Rs 100 per share for Nepalis living abroad for employment after obtaining labour permit.

Nepalis in foreign employment can apply for a minimum of 10,000 to a maximum of 7,000 units.
