Kathmandu. Tulsi Prasad Ghimire has been appointed as the chairman of the Board of Directors of The Citizen Investment Fund.

He has been appointed as the chairman as per the decision of the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister level on August 15.

Ghimire, who has an MPhil in Economics, MA and MPA in Economics from Tribhuvan University, has retired as executive director of Nepal Rastra Bank.

While serving in the central bank, he worked in information technology, human resources, foreign exchange, banking and research and other departments.
