Electricity service to make rural life easier

Bhojpur. Of late, electricity is being expanded in the villages of the district. This has not only brightened the life of the uneasy village, but has also added ease to the day-to-day work.

With the expansion of electricity in rural areas, the locals have started benefiting from the operation of electricity-powered industries and various machinery equipment. According to locals, daily life has become easier with the installation of electric mills in the villages.

Ramesh Bista, a local of Temkemaiung-5, Majhaule, said that the expansion of electricity has changed the daily life of the people of rural areas. According to him, an electric mill has been installed in the toltole in the past when it took hours to search for a diesel or petrol-powered mill.

“Electricity has changed the face of the villages,” he said, adding, “The expansion of electricity has illuminated the villages.” Electric mills have been installed in the toltol. Electricity has added energy to the life of the village. He said that after the expansion of electricity, there are only six more electric mills in his village. According to him, daily life has become easier with the operation of mills along with small domestic industries with the expansion of electricity.

Jagat Bahadur Rai, a local of Temkemaiung-1, said that after the expansion of electricity from the state level in the villages, domestic industries including furniture have been connected to income generation and daily life has become easier.

“Electricity has changed the daily life,” Rai said, adding, “We have been able to run furniture industry through electricity, we have been able to live in the light, electricity has brought ease and happiness in the lives of the village.” He said that in the last one decade, many remote villages of the district have been illuminated.
