Kathmandu. Hathway Investment Company has convened its annual general meeting.

The company said it has convened a meeting to pass the dividend announced to be paid to shareholders.

The company has convened its 17th meeting on September 15. The book has been closed for one day on September 15 for the purpose of the meeting. The shareholders who have remained in office till September 15 will receive the dividend fixed by the company.

The company has proposed to give 12 percent bonus share and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the profit of the last fiscal year. Shareholders will get this proposal after it is passed by the Assembly.

The company will present a proposal in the meeting to elect four directors representing the board of directors on behalf of the shareholders of Group A, which has authorized the board of directors to amend the management letter and regulations, and approve the appointment of an independent director.
