Bandipur Kewalkar IPO to be issued for general public, how many units can be applied?

Kathmandu. Bandipur Kewalkar and Tourism Company has issued an initial public offering (IPO) from today.

The company has already issued shares to the local and foreign employed Nepalis in the project-affected areas. Shares have been issued for the general public from today. The company issued 20.70 percent of the issued capital of Rs 2.83 billion i.e. 5.86 million units of shares worth Rs 586 million.

Of these, 566,000 units of ordinary shares have been issued for the locals of the project-affected areas and 529,400 units for nepalis living abroad for employment. The company has allotted 158,820 units to the employees of the company and 264,700 units to the mutual fund.

The company has issued 4,341,080 units of shares worth Rs 434.18 million to the general public at the rate of Rs 100 per share. Applications can be made for a minimum of 10,000 to a maximum of 20,000 units. Applications for the IPO can be made till September 15. If the application is not received as per the demand during the period, the application can be submitted till September 15.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking is its sales manager. The IPO can be applied through banks and financial institutions that are members of the Securities Board of Nepal and my shares, which have been approved by the Securities Board of Nepal.
