Kathmandu. Swastik Laghubitta Financial Institution has issued an IPO.

Nabil Investment Banking, the issue and sale manager of the company, said that the ipo was allotted through golapratha due to more applications than the demand.

The company had issued shares from August 15 to August 15. The company had issued 195,195 units of shares at the rate of Rs 100 per share. A total of 2,440,460 people had applied for 27,464,570 units of shares. A total of 2,436,393 applications were approved and 2,300 applications were rejected.

A total of 19,519 people got 10 units of shares in the IPO. According to Nabil Investment Banking, five of them got 11 units of shares at the rate of one more unit each.
