Kathmandu Marketing and Trading House’s business worth Rs 4.5 billion

Kathmandu. Kathmandu Marketing and Trading House has released the business data for the nine months of the last fiscal year. In the last nine months of the last fiscal year, the company has done business of Rs 4.5 billion.

The company has reported a turnover of Rs 4.53 billion in the nine months of the last fiscal year. The company had a turnover of Rs 5.86 billion in 2024. Similarly, the company had a turnover of Rs 5.37 billion in 2023, Rs 4.22 billion in 2022, Rs 2.89 billion in 2021 and Rs 2.64 billion in 2020.

This company is a company that imports FMCG goods in Nepal. Under this, it has been importing processed foods, tablets, cosmetics, over-the-counter medicines from established brands like Mondelez, Colgate-Palmolive, Reckitt Benckiser, Bikano, Tiffany etc.

The company was founded in 2004. Which has brought the business of a sole proprietorship firm, which has been in operation since 1992, under its control. Three people own shares in the company.

BallabhRaj Sigdel owns 67 per cent stake in the company while his brother Swijayaraj Sigdel owns 11 per cent. Similarly, Samir Bikram Thapa owns 22 per cent stake in the company. BallabhRaj Sigdel is the executive chairman of the company.
