Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal has given permission to SY Panel Nepal to issue an IPO.
The company has approved the issue of 5,232,548 units of shares worth Rs 523,254,800 at the rate of Rs 100 per share.
Prabhu Capital is the issue manager of the company.
