Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has removed the listing of Upper Syange Hydropower Company.

According to NEPSE, NEPSE suspended the company’s securities transaction after hydropower failed to comply with the provisions of Regulation 22 (1) of the Securities Listing Bye-laws, 2075 BS.

On August 15, the company had withdrawn the listing after it requested to withdraw the securities transaction with a commitment to comply with the prevailing laws issued by NEPSE.

The company has been warned to fully comply with the Securities Listing Bye-laws, 2075 BS and the terms and conditions of the listing agreement.
