Kathmandu. Nepal Bank is an independent director. Dilli Raj Sharma has been appointed. Sharma was appointed to the bank after thaneshwor Gautam, who was an independent director earlier, resigned.
According to the Nepal Stock Exchange, Sharma took the oath of office and secrecy on Wednesday.
