Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager of the ipo.

The joint energy company is issuing 4.16 million units of shares worth Rs 416 million for the general public at the rate of Rs 100 per share.

Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, CEO of Laxmi Sunrise Capital and Mr. Gopal Prasad Niure, Managing Director of Joint Energy Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
