Kathmandu. Kamana Service Development Bank has announced to pay dividend to its shareholders.
The bank has proposed to pay 15.7895 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. A meeting of the Board of Directors held today made the proposal.
It has proposed to give 5.7895 percent cash dividend along with 10 percent tax. The proposal of the bank will be approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and the shareholders will get it after the upcoming Annual General Meeting approves it.
