Simcote. KATHMANDU: The Food Management and Trading Company Limited (FMTCCL) Humla has decided to operate its fair price shops targeting the Dashain and Tihar festivals.
} Like in the previous years, this year also the shop is going to be operated with the objective of providing food at subsidized prices. According to the company, rice, oil and sugar will be made available at subsidized prices throughout the year.
Krishna Bahadur Thapa Magar, chief of the Food Management and Trade Company Limited branch office, Humla, said that the fair price shops will be opened from September 13.TAG_OPEN_div_4 According to him, food grains and sugar will be discounted by Rs 5 per kg and oil will be discounted by Rs 7 per liter.
