Kathmandu. Energy Minister Kulman Ghising has reached the Teaching Hospital to meet the families of the victims of the protest without assuming office after taking the oath of office. Kulman Ghising, who has earned a good image among the citizens due to energy management in the government led by Prime Minister Sushila Karki, has been given the responsibility of three ministries.

Ghising has already served as the NEA for two terms. As the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) for the first time, he had led the task of making the country load-shedding free.
