Kathmandu. Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company has declared a dividend for its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 18 has announced the dividend to the shareholders. This includes 8 percent bonus shares and 0.421 percent cash dividend.
The dividend declared by the company will be approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next annual general meeting of the company.
