Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currencies for today.
According to the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 141.61 and the selling rate is Rs 142.21. The buying rate of European Euro 1 was fixed at Rs 166.40 and selling rate of Rs 167.10, while the selling rate of UK pound sterling one was set at Rs 190.65 and the selling rate of Swiss Franc 1 was fixed at Rs 178.41.
The selling rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 102.04 and selling rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 102.47 and the selling rate of Singapore dollar has been fixed at Rs 110.47.
Similarly, the buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.54 and the selling rate was Rs 9.58, the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 19.87 and the selling rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 37.75 and the selling rate was Rs 37.91.
According to the central bank, the selling rate of Thai Dirham 1 is Rs 4.42 and the selling rate of Thai Dirham 1 is Rs 38.55 and the selling rate is Rs 38.72, the selling rate of Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 33.64 and the selling rate is Rs 33.78. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 15.08 and the selling rate of Danish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 22.29 and Rs 22.39.
The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the selling rate of Hong Kong Dollar 1 at Rs 18.21 and Rs 18.29, the selling rate of Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is Rs 464.75 and the selling rate is Rs 466.72, the buying rate of Bahrain Dinar 1 is Rs 375.58 and the selling rate is Rs 377.17. The selling rate has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 100 for buying and Rs 100.
The central bank has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate to be fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
