Kathmandu. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared 15 percent dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared 15 percent dividend of 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.
A meeting of the board of directors of the microfinance company held on September 24 decided to distribute dividend at this rate. The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
