Kathmandu. The task force formed to study the problems of the capital market has submitted its report. The 4-member committee formed by Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal submitted the report this morning.
On Friday, Finance Minister Khanal had formed a 4-member task force under the coordination of Acting Executive Director of Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) Rupesh KC. Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal had formed a task force to resolve the problems seen in the stock market after the stock market was closed for more than a week after the Genji agitation fell by 160 points on Thursday.
The task force was formed to study the anomalies and problems developed in the capital market and present a concrete implementation action plan for systemic and procedural reforms to boost the morale of investors. The task force was mandated to submit suggestions and implementation action plan within 5 days. That is why the task force has submitted its report today.
