Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has temporarily increased the limit for depositing money in the wallets operated by the payment service providers.

Currently, the amount can be deposited up to 10 times in a day in the wallet of a natural person.

The amount can be deposited 40 times from October 27 to October 21 on the auspicious occasion of Bada Dashain and from October 10 to 10 on the occasion of Diwali and Chhath festivals.

Payment service providers have been requested to inform the Payment System Department of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) about the number of transactions made during this period and the total amount of the transaction.
