Kathmandu. Citizens Bank declares dividend The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held this morning announced the dividend.
The bank has proposed a 5 percent bonus share and 0.263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the upcoming AGM of the company.
