. The protest by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) employees has continued for the fourth day today. Employees have been protesting at the board since Tuesday.

Due to the agitation of the employees, no work has been done in the board for four days.
Employees are coming to the office, staging a sit-in at the main gate during office hours. In the very beginning of the agitation, the employees snatched the keys of vehicles used by the chairman, executive director and other high-ranking officials.

‘There is a movement in the board, all the papers are now stalled, the registration challan has also stopped. All of us employees are in the office,” the employee said, adding, “Chairman did not come yesterday (Thursday) and he has not come today either.” ’
The employees have taken to the strike demanding that the autonomy of the board be maintained, revoke the curtailment of the facilities and facilities that the employees have been receiving legally, revoke the illegal order, stop the psychological terror of the employees, and ensure an environment to reduce them in a fearless manner.TAG_OPEN_div_19
