Kathmandu. RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared dividend on its shareholder dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Saturday has proposed to provide dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has proposed to pay 8 percent cash dividend including tax. The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the upcoming AGM of the company.
