Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has started looking for a house for Governor Bishwanath Poudel in Lalitpur. After the agitators vandalized and set fire to the house of Governor Poudel during the Jenji movement, the house is being sought on rent.
According to the sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 90 of the Rastra Bank Purchase Bylaw-2071 (including the fifth amendment), the houses are being searched in the area from Bakhundol to Bhaisepati of Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
According to the NRB, the house has at least 16 anna to 24 ana, can park six cars and jeeps, and is constructed on an area of at least 1,000 square feet with RCC structure.
The house should have at least one master bedroom, 4 bedrooms, living hall, kitchen, dining hall and store room.
Likewise, a house from 2.5 storey to 3 storeys is required to be rented out with a safe compound wall, is connected to a blacktopped road and has proper infrastructure including electricity, drainage and drinking water.
Individuals÷firm÷companies interested in renting out their homes have been urged to fill up the documents related to the house rent proposal provided by the Nepal Rastra Bank and submit the proposal within the office hours on October 11.
