Kathmandu. Prabhu Cable Car & Tourism Company is going to issue initial public offering (IPO).

The company has called its annual general meeting for January 26. The company is going to present the proposal to issue IPO in the meeting. After the meeting approves the proposal, the IPO will be issued.

The meeting has proposed that the annual report to be presented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the FY 2081/82 and the balance sheet along with the audit report of FY 2081/82 will be discussed and endorsed.

Likewise, it has been proposed to appoint an auditor and determine his remuneration, amend Clause (6) of the Memorandum of Association and utilize the share capital to be received after the issuance of shares to the public.
