Kathmandu. Sudip Acharya has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank. The 401st meeting of the board of directors of the bank held after the 19th annual general meeting of the bank held on Friday has elected Acharya to the post.

Prior to this, Acharya was the chairman of the bank. The 19th AGM of the bank held on Friday approved the bank’s promoter group Mr. Sudip Acharya, Mr. Bhim Prasad Tulachan, Mr. Chatur Adhikari and Mr. Balram Baral, Mr. Bishweshwar Subedi and Dr. Bishwor Subedi from the general group for the next four years. Pawan Kumar Sharma has been elected unopposed.
