Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank has declared dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The bank has declared a dividend of 10.53 percent. The company has declared 6 percent bonus shares and 4.53 percent cash dividend including tax.
The board of directors of the bank held on October 27 declared the dividend. The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the upcoming AGM of the bank.
