Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The CPN-UML has decided not to go to the Supreme Court against the dissolution of the House of Representatives. Earlier, the secretariat meeting held in Gundu had decided to go to court protesting the dissolution of the parliament.

The CPN-UML has been questioning the dissolution of the House of Representatives and the appointment of Prime Minister Sushila Karki as constitutional.

CPN-UML’s publicity department chief Rajendra Gautam has said that the party will not go to the Supreme Court on an institutional basis. He said, “More than 5 writs have been filed today and this number will increase.” We have opposed the dissolution of Parliament. We have taken a political decision. But we don’t take the petition. ’
