IPPAN preparing to go to Sebon court and authority to get IPO approval without relying on Genji

. Ganesh Karki, president of the Independent Power Producers’ Association of Nepal (IPPAN), said that the IPO will not be approved without Genji. He said that he has not been allowed to issue ordinary shares (IPOs) without following the middlemen.
