Kathmandu. Himalayan Distillery Company has declared a dividend.

The company has proposed to pay 25 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has announced 20 percent bonus shares and 5 percent cash dividend.

The company has called its annual general meeting for November 30. After the approval of the meeting, the shareholders will get the dividend fixed by the company.

The company, which called the meeting, said it would close the book on November 20. Shareholders who remain in power till November 1 will receive the dividend determined by the company.
