Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has announced the date of book closure.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on Friday has called the annual general meeting (AGM) for November 15. The book will be closed on November 1 for the purpose of the meeting.
The company has decided to pay dividend to the shareholders who remain in power till November 1.
The bank has proposed 5% bonus share and 5.53% cash dividend on its paid-up capital.
