Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank has declared a dividend for its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Sunday has decided to provide dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.

The company has proposed 6 percent bonus shares and 4.53 percent cash dividend including tax. The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the upcoming AGM of the bank. The bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 12.

The book will close on November 18 for the purpose of the meeting. Shareholders who remain in power till November 1 will receive the dividend determined by the company.
