Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank has issued 4,22,807 units of shares in the name of 10 promoter shareholders to the general public.
The bank has already put the shares on sale giving priority to the promoter shareholders and now the general public has opened the sale.
The interested members of the bank should apply to the central office of the bank at Babarmahal, Kathmandu within 15 days.
