Nepali as well as foreign banks own shares in the bank. Punjab National Bank (PNB) holds 20.02 per cent or 2,59,21,632 units of shares in the bank.

Pratima Shrestha is the largest shareholder of the bank. He owns 23.96 percent or 3,10,09,423 units of shares in the bank.

Rabi Krishna Shrestha has 1.88% i.e. 24,35,222 units, Kiran Krishna Shrestha 1.88% i.e. 2,435,222 units, Shanta Dev Pathak 1.18% i.e. 1,522,280 units, Arun Man Sherchan has 0.95% i.e. 1,223,397 units and Hotel Snow Lion Pvt. Ltd. has 9.30% i.e. 1,20,44,746 units.

The promoter shareholders of the bank are also owned by the general public. Pathak has 3.81 percent shareholding, Arun Man Sherchan 2.25 percent, Rabi Krishna 0.85 percent, Kiran Krishna 0.85 percent, Ananda Ratna Tuladhar 0.76 percent and Bhatbhateni Investment Company 0.88 percent.
