Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Sharad Niraula, under-secretary at the Ministry of Finance, has been appointed as the board of directors of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited.
Niraula has been appointed to the post of Director as per the provision of Sub-rule (2) (a) of Rule 27 of the Company Regulations.
