Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. According to the NRB, the selling rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 141.73 and Rs 142.33.

Similarly, the selling rate of Euro 1 has been fixed at 163.49 rupees and 164.18 paise, while the selling rate of UK pound sterling one has been fixed at 186.34 rupees and 187.13 rupees.

The selling rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at 92.71 rupees and 93.10 paise, while the selling rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at 101.16 rupees and 101.59 paise.

Similarly, the buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.20 and selling rate was Rs 9.24, while the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 19.91 and the selling rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 37.79 and the selling rate was Rs 37.95.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Bat 1 is Rs 4.38 and selling rate is Rs 4.39, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 38.59 and the selling rate is Rs 38.75, the selling rate of Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 33.84 and the selling rate is Rs 33.99. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 14.99 and the Danish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 21.90 and Rs 21.99 respectively.

The central bank has set the selling rate of one Hong Kong Dollar 1 at Rs 18.24 and selling rate of 1 at Rs 18.32, the selling rate of Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is Rs 461.99 and the selling rate is Rs 463.95, the Bahrain Dinar 1 is at Rs 375.97 and the selling rate is Rs 377.56. The selling rate has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 100 for buying and Rs 100.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
