Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has declared a dividend on its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held today has proposed to distribute cash and bonus dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/082.
The bank has proposed a 5 percent bonus share and 5.37 percent cash dividend including tax.
The proposal is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the next AGM of the company.
