Citizens Bank convenes AGM to approve dividend

. Citizens Bank has called its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM). A meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on Tuesday has called the meeting for November 26.

The bank is also planning to approve a proposal of 5 percent bonus shares and 0.263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.TAG_OPEN_div_14

The AGM shall elect the Board of Directors on behalf of the promoter shareholders of Group ‘A’ and the post of Director on behalf of the General Shareholders of Group ‘B’ in accordance with the Regulations of the Bank.TAG_OPEN_div_12

{{TAG_OPEN_div_10} The meeting will take a proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association of the Bank, increase the authorized capital of the Bank and increase the issued capital and paid-up capital of the Bank.

} The meeting shall take a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to make necessary amendments including additions as per the directives from the bodies required to obtain permission to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Bank.
