Kathmandu. Darchula Power Limited is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO). The company has called a general meeting with a proposal to issue an IPO. The ninth annual general meeting will be held on November 26 at 11 am at Hotel Krystol Pashupatinath in Gaushala.

The AGM will endorse the decision to issue initial public offering (IPO), amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association along with increase in capital structure for the IPO and authorize the Board of Directors to carry out necessary works for merger with companies with similar objectives.

Likewise, the agenda for the AGM is to approve the annual report, balance sheet, profit and loss, and financial statements.
