Kathmandu. ICFC Finance Company has proposed to pay a dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held today has decided to provide dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
This time, the company has proposed to give only cash instead of bonus.
The company has proposed a 15.78 percent cash dividend including tax. The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the upcoming AGM of the company.
