Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIB) has called its AGM today. The general meeting of the bank has been called to approve the dividend announced to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank is being held at Anupam Foodland and Bank, Batisputali, Kathmandu on December 7, Tuesday. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m.

The AGM will endorse the proposal of distributing cash dividend (including tax purpose) at the rate of 6.3158 percent of the current paid-up capital, appointing auditors and electing two directors representing the general shareholders’ group.

The bank is closing its book for one day on November 26 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE till November 26 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the bank.
