Kathmandu. Shine Resunga Development Bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The bank has announced a 3 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting will be held on December 26.

The book will be closed on November 26 for the purpose of the meeting. Shareholders who remain in power till November 24 will receive the dividend determined by the company. Demands will be made in such meetings.

The meeting will also endorse the proposal of delegating authority to the Board of Directors to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other banks and financial institutions, amending the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, among others.
