Kathmandu. NMB Bank has announced dividend to its shareholders.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Friday has decided to provide 10 percent dividend to its shareholders.
This includes 5 percent bonus and 5 percent cash including tax. The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the upcoming AGM of the bank.
