Kathmandu. The stock market is in the green. The market, which rose from the beginning of trading, continued till the last moment. The index rose 39.92 points to close at 2,600.22 points.

A total of 13,381,926 units of shares of 334 companies worth Rs 6,28,67,33,916 were traded. All the sub-indices of the sub-indices were in the green.

Share prices of Sagar Distillery, Bandipur Cable Car and Jhapa Energy Ltd have hit the positive circuit in the trading session. NRN Infrastructure and Development Company is in the first position on the basis of transaction amount.

The company’s turnover stood at Rs 65,60,91,929. People’s Hydropower Company is in the second position. The company had a turnover of Rs 34.78 crore.
