Jumla. Seven persons, including a child and a woman, were injured in a jeep accident at Takulla in the district this morning. The accident took place at Takulla in Kalikot when the Heis vehicle was on its way to Surkhet from Jumla.

All the injured have been taken to The District Hospital Kalikot for treatment, said Rabin Babu Regmi, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Jumla.

The force (Ba1 Jha 0976) lost control and fell into the Tila River about 100 meters below. Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Jumla, Rabin Babu Regmi, said five people were seriously injured and two others sustained minor injuries in the accident.

The police office has received information that the accident site has taken place in Kalikot. A police team from Kalikot has been sent to the spot. Details of the injured are awaited, according to the District Police Office, Jumla.
