Kathmandu. The foreign trips of 4 ministers of the interim government have been confirmed. Four ministers of the government are going on foreign visits in the last one and a half months.

Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal, Energy Minister Kulman Ghising, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Anil Kumar Sinha and Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Dr. Yubaraj Khadka have been appointed as the Minister for Energy. Madan Prasad Pariyar is on a foreign tour. Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal is leaving for the United States of America tomorrow to participate in the joint meeting of the World Bank Group (WB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Finance Secretary Ghanashyam Upadhyaya and Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Prof Dr Bishwanath Poudel will be present on the occasion.

Similarly, Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising is scheduled to leave for India on October 26. Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kul Man Ghising is scheduled to participate in the eighth meeting of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) to be held in New Delhi, India from October 26 to 28.

Similarly, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Anil Kumar Sinha will attend the 16th United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCD) to be held in Geneva of Switzerland. The meeting will be held from October 19 to 5.

Similarly, Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development, Dr. Madan Prasad Pariyar will attend the programme to be held in Lima, Peru on November 26 and 26. He is participating in a high-level program governing the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture in Lima.

The foreign visits of the four ministers have been approved by the cabinet meeting. The meeting held on October 9 approved the visit of Sinha and Pariyar. Khanal and Ghising have already been approved.
