Kathmandu. The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Friday filed a corruption case at the Special Court against two persons, including Armed Police Force Inspector Hari Chandra Dhakal.

According to CIAA Spokesperson Rajendra Prasad Poudel, the case was filed against Dhakal on the charge of facilitating the import of goods from India by evading tax from India.

According to him, Khatri was arrested with Rs 15,000 in bribe. The investigation revealed that they used to facilitate in bringing household goods from India to Nepal via Durgaulia border point in collusion and planning.

They have been charging Rs 15,000 for facilitating the service recipients, the charge sheet states.
