Surkhet. JAJARKOT: Police in Jajarkot have arrested five persons in possession of loaded guns.

According to Sudhi Kumar Khadka, information officer at the District Police Office, they were arrested after Prachanda Dev, 36, Prachanda Dev, 36, of Barekot-8 had gone for hunting at around 9.00 am on December 29.

Police arrested Indra Bahadur Singh, 45, Mim Bahadur Singh, 54, Rajiv Shahi, 24, Janak Karki, 44, and Lal Bahadur Singh, 19, of Barekot Rural Municipality-8.

Police confiscated three loaded guns, two iron knives, 135.18 grams of ammo and 21 metal pieces from the accused.
