Sunsari. A person was killed in a shooting incident at Laukahi of Koshi Rural Municipality-1 in the district.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Chandra Bahadur Khadka, the deceased has been identified as Jay Sah, a resident of the same place who had been carrying daily consumables in the city safari.
The incident took place last night. The search for the shooter continues. Bullet casings have been recovered from the spot.
